“ Cosy and friendly place. They have a selection of craft beers on draft which are very good and excellent value. Restaurant specialises in paella. We haven't tried the food yet, but it is cooked to order and we will certainly go back there to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed the music. ”

“ Everything we tried at the restaurant was amazing. We sampled a variety of dishes, and each one was delightful in its own way. The paella was full of rich flavors, with perfectly cooked rice and a nice blend of spices. The grilled cheese was a comforting classic, with gooey cheese and crispy bread, making it a real treat. One of the highlights was the croquettes, which came highly recommended, and for good reason. They were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, simply delicious. Another unique dish we tried was the octopus hot dog, which was an interesting twist on a traditional favorite. It had a nice balance of flavors and textures that made it stand out. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in on us regularly. They really added to the positive experience with their warm and welcoming attitude. The music in the background was just perfect, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere without being too loud. As for the interior, it was awesome—tastefully decorated, with a cozy and stylish vibe that made us feel comfortable and happy to be there. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that we would definitely recommend to others. ”

“ La Grifería is now one of our favourite places in Puerto de la Cruz! We arrived at 6:30pm for food, but were told that the kitchen doesn't open until 8pm. No problem - we stayed for some cocktails and not only did they come served in funky tiki mugs, they were delicious! We also recommend the amaretto sour. We enjoyed the music until it was time to order food and it was certainly worth the wait. We ordered croquettes, fried brie and the chicken & shrimp paella - some of the tastiest food we've had all holiday. The waiter was very friendly, and service was fast and efficient. Don't give this place a miss if you're in Tenerife! ”

“ Once in Tenerife, I went to Puerto de la Cruz specifically to try the delicacies of La Grifería and it did not disappoint! The location is great, near the city centre and the ocean. The place has a special vibe inside, with nice music (not too loud) and great taste of decoration. The owners and the personnel are very kind and passionate and they are dedicated to the customer’s experience. The entry food is super high quality: I tried the bao and octopus…just wow!! The chef is specialised in paella and makes competitions so it’s absolutely a delicious must try. Last but not least the cocktails! The owner is a top class worldwide, high ranked in competitions bar tender. The cocktails she makes are on another level of goodness. I tried 3 of the signature ones and cannot tell my favourite, but you must try the Yoda colada at least once. Absolutely recommended place and amazing experience. Thank you Beatriz and Giordano!! ”

“ Ahh, La Griferia, this became one of my favourite spots to just chill out for a beer and even a feed. Small hole in the wall spot with tables and seats out on the pedestrian street. Friendly service, great selection of beers, and a decent affordable menu of food. I got a burger here and once again was blown away by the quality of ingredients, taste, and texture. If I ever head back to Tenerife, this will be a spot I frequent. My final night on the island, I spent a couple of hours here enjoying beer and good company, memories I will cherish forever ”
